• Full Refund: You are entitled to a full refund of your reservation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of booking.

• Cancellation After 24 Hours: After 24 hours, your reservation fee is non-refundable. Please be sure to review your schedule carefully before making your reservation.

• Date Changes: We are happy to work with you to reschedule your shoot if both schedules allow. Please note that rescheduling may not always be possible, and if a reschedule is not feasible, your reservation fee will be non-refundable.

• Natural Disasters: In the event of a severe weather warning issued by the National Weather Service, we will offer a full refund or reschedule your session.

• Light Rain: We are typically able to proceed with photoshoots even in light rain, using umbrellas as needed. However, if the weather poses a significant safety risk, we will discuss options with you.

Our photography and videography services include the possibility of using selected images and footage for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, and portfolio presentations. To ensure your comfort, we are happy to discuss your preferences regarding image use. If you have any specific requests regarding the use of your images, please communicate them to us in advance.
