SMMProduction is a documentary wedding studio in the San Francisco Bay Area. I'm Roy — Korean-American, bilingual, based between the city and the vineyards north of it. I photograph quiet City Hall ceremonies and full-venue family weddings at the same unhurried pace, with a film-leaning edit. The work is to stand close enough to witness, far enough not to direct. Most of the day, you will forget I am in the room.
